New Member of Our Team - Scott Roffey (28/2010)
We are pleased to advise that Scott Roffey has been appointed as the third member of the workplace relations service of Local Government Workplace Solutions and, as an Employee Relations Adviser, will be working with Simon and Alasdair on supporting an ever expanding group of clients and the workload demanded by changes to industrial law and regulations, particularly at the Federal level.

Scott comes to us from the Construction Industry Long Service Leave Payments Board of which he has worked as a Compliance Inspector for the last year interpreting and advising external stakeholders on the provisions of the Construction Industry Portable Paid Long Service Leave Act.
He gained much of his knowledge of workplace relations and legal training through his time at the Workplace Authority (now Fair Work Australia) during which he worked as a Workplace Info Line Advisor and a Legal Officer.
Scott is due to be admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2010 – ideal qualifications for a Local Government Workplace Solutions role! |
