Awards - The Local Government Industry Award 2010, Water Industry Award 2010 along with remaining entrprise awards are maintained by Workplace Solutions. Replacement pages with explanatory notes where appropriate are provided for all amendments to the Awards.

Award Interpretation - An advisory service for verbal and written interpretations is provided, supported by legal advice where necessary. Advisors will provide assistance either by telephone or in person. Legal advice is available at cost to the client.

Industry Consultation - Industry consultation on issues is provided through the Human Resource Managers Forum, guest speakers and special events.

Human Resource Manual - A professionally maintained Model Human Resource Manual covering all aspects of employee relations and human resource management is available to member clients. The Manual contains an extensive range of policy models such as redundancy, performance reviews and occupational health and safety.

Remuneration Survey - A comprehensive national annual salary survey is produced encompassing a majority of Local Governments in Western Australia.
